Our Story...
Bear Flag BBQ began in the most humble of circumstances. I wanted to treat my beautiful wife, Jennifer to a tasty rib dinner. Unfortunately, I'd never smoked anything before and the end result dinner at a Chinese buffet. From that day to this I've worked hard to earn Jennifer's seal of approval on everything that I produce. This has lead to the creation of our signature rub, Bear Skin, the best seasoning ever created (that may or may not be a subjective comment, but you should decide for yourself), as well as some of the best bbq you're liable to ever eat.
So, do yourself a favor and try some of our brisket, ribs, pulled pork, tri-tip, and Bear Skin and become part of the Bear Flag Family
